Julie Boland

Boland was running the U.S. central region of the Big Four accounting firm when earlier this year she was tapped to replace Kelly Grier, the first woman to lead EY’s Americas business. Boland now oversees the $25 billion Americas division and leads over 86,000 people across 33 countries. But Boland faces a hefty workload as she helps guide the firm through its breakup into two companies, one focused on auditing and the other on its consulting advisory services.
