Jennifer Rumsey

Rumsey may be new to the CEO role, but she has two decades behind her at the diesel-engine maker. Previously chief operating officer, she led Cummins through supply-chain shortages and helped drive its 21% year-over-year revenue growth to $24 billion in 2021. Rumsey is also credited with laying the foundation for the Cummins business unit focused on developing technologies for hybrid and electric engines—an area she’s committed to expanding.
