Revathi Advaithi

As CEO of one of the world’s most critical manufacturing companies, Advaithi plays a key role in the production of everything from complex electronics to household goods. In its fiscal 2022, Flex’s revenue rose nearly 8% to $26 billion, despite ongoing supply-chain challenges related to the pandemic and Russia’s war against Ukraine. Credit for the strong results goes in large part to Advaithi’s strategy of focusing on growth markets and strategic categories like hyperscale cloud and electric vehicles—as well as the 2021 $540 million acquisition of power distribution business Anord Mardix. Advaithi oversees a workforce of 170,000 at Flex and brings her expertise to Uber, where she serves on the company’s board of directors.
