Beth Ford

Since becoming CEO of the 101-year-old farmer-owned cooperative in 2018, Ford has used her platform to highlight the struggles facing rural America. The Iowa native is leading efforts to bring broadband to underserved communities and has invested big in Land O’Lakes’ sustainability unit. Ford continues to gain national prominence, too, joining the board of BlackRock in 2021. That’s all while profits jumped 9% last year and revenue reached $16 billion.
