Judith McKenna

McKenna oversees Walmart’s sprawling international business, encompassing 550,000 employees in 23 countries. Revenue in her unit declined by $20 billion last fiscal year to a still-massive $101 billion, but that drop was deliberate. Since taking over the business in 2018, McKenna has reshaped the portfolio, selling off operations in Japan, Argentina, and the U.K., and focusing on Walmart’s biggest overseas markets of Mexico, Canada, and China.
