Under Johnson’s leadership, the company has established a Bitcoin mining operation and trading capabilities for sophisticated investors. Fidelity added 2.3 million new customers between the ages of 18 and 35 last year, and the brokerage created a new class of account specifically to help teens learn about saving and investing.
