Genpact
Genpact is a broad-based professional services firm that competes against much larger rivals, including Accenture, Capgemini, and IBM. It digitizes business services for clients across a wide range of industries—automotive, banking, consumer goods, health care, retail, and many others. Services provided span a similarly broad spectrum, including finance, accounting, supply chain, risk, and compliance. In addition, the company digitizes processes specific to industries, such as loan origination for banks, claims management and underwriting for insurers, wealth management for financial advisers, and others. Genpact began within General Electric providing services to GE businesses in 1997. It became an independent company in 2005.
